Rich Holt
Rich Holt is a Republican strategist, campaign leader, and Army veteran with more than two decades of experience in American politics. His work has included campaign management, field operations, coalition development, candidate preparation, political messaging, and party work with the RNC and several state Republican parties.
He is also affiliated with the National Center for Public Policy Research as a European elections analyst and with Project 21 as a fellow, bringing campaign experience, policy analysis, and political perspective into the same strategic frame.
